If you are not satisfied for any reason you can receive a full refund. Your card will act just like a checking account. If you are in chexsystems it will eliminate the need to purchase money orders or pay check cashing fees. To qualify you must be a US resident. You must identify yourself in compliance with the Patriot Act and be at least 18 years of age. In sum we do suggest the Wired Plastic prepaid visa. It is a great alternative to carrying cash.
