Use of right colours - One of the most hated things that visitors find while browsing a website is the contrasting colours i.e. put very dark text on a white backdrop, or vice versa. You need to make it simpler on the eyes for the client, so if you are utilising black/white, consider playing round with distinct shades of grey. Avoid intro sheets - The more steps a client has to present to access your content, the more disappointing it will be for them. Rather than creating an 'intro' sheet, where everything is about logo and an 'enter location' button, it is better to avoid it. Keep your website simple - This means holding your navigation user-friendly and very simple to pursue, and not cluttering your website.
