To do this buyers have to log into their PayPal account then click the 'Send Money' tab. From here the buyer then needs to click the 'Pay for eBay Items' tab and then select the eBay items which require payment. Unfortunately, until PayPal solve the initial problem concerning the 'Pay Now' buttons on eBay, this is the only way to solve the problem. Although it is a much more long winded way of making the payment, it is the only way. Hopefully, this problem will be solved by PayPal in the near future but until then follow the advice in this article.
