Successful Bulimia Treatments - Self Help
Personal care can not account for a large part of the treatment of bulimia for many women. Self-care is about recognizing that there is a problem and then do whatever it takes to win the addiction. You may be a shame, loneliness and fears about passing, but trust me, talk about their feelings really helps. I urge you to make a conscious decision to avoid emotional and environmental triggers that lead to their bingeing and purging to avoid certain people or situations whenever possible. Begin to see what makes you feel bad and let yourself in these situations, or people who create these feelings.

Listen, read, watch and learn from others who have helped themselves as well and found to help overcome life of recovery.
