It will frustrate customers if they think they are getting a good deal only to find that delivery charges wipe out any saving they thought they were making. Providing this information at an early stage will build trust.
• Returns – Customers will be reassured if they know that if the item they purchase is not right for them then it can be easily returned. Make your Returns Policy clear and easy to understand and include contact details for helplines and returns departments.
